AltaRé is a brand born in Milan that brings the authenticity of Puglia into a street food format, transforming the tradition of stuffed focaccia from Bari into a modern, fast, and flavorful experience. Created with the idea of enhancing the genuine tastes of Puglia, AltaRé combines craftsmanship and innovation in a simple yet distinctive concept.

At the heart of the project are the “focaccelle baresi”: soft, fragrant, and freshly prepared, filled with carefully selected ingredients typical of the Apulian region. Each combination is designed to highlight the contrast between textures and flavors, always keeping quality and regional identity at the center.

The concept is built on a few key elements: excellent raw ingredients, freshly made preparation, and a lean format designed to adapt to small urban spaces as well as dynamic settings such as street food, events, and dedicated corners.

AltaRé is not just a point of sale, but an expanding project, with the goal of spreading the culture of Bari-style focaccia across Italy and beyond, while maintaining a strong connection to its roots and offering an authentic, accessible, and recognizable experience.
